HDS will serve clients with needs for select, specialized knowledgeable professionals rather than entry level personnel that will require a large amount of the customers time to train for increased productivity. All contractors will go thru a Granite training class prior to becoming eligible for work with any of our customers. This will ensure that they will possess the skill level necessary for completing the job functions requested by the customer. Training for all personnel will prove to the industry that HDS deploys skilled, well trained professionals into the work force that are effective workers from day one.
